北京英奥艺术学校系全日制教学、寄宿制封闭式管理，以学生为根本、以教学为中心、以服务为灵魂，充分发掘学生潜能，因材施教。所有专业教师均由业内自身教授及北京舞蹈学院、北京电影学院、中央戏剧学院、中央民族大学等一线院校毕业生组成。文化课教师均毕业于重点高校或退休的一线骨干教师，具有培养优秀毕业生的丰富教学经验。历年来我校高考文化课最高分突破558分，专业课全部达到优秀水平，毕业生大都考入北京舞蹈学院、中央民族大学、北京电影学院、中央戏剧学院等国内顶级艺术院校，升学率达99%以上。
